Our client, a highly regarded and ambitious Occupational Health provider, is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver bespoke OH services across the wider Ipswich region (within 1 hour travel time). This peripatetic role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships while working within a friendly, collaborative team.

The Role
- Deliver the full remit of Occupational Health services at client sites.
- Carry out health surveillance, assessments, case management, and health promotion activities.

- Travel within a 1-hour radius of Colchester to support a varied client base.
About You
- NMC Registered Nurse (no restrictions).
- Occupational Health qualification (Degree/Diploma) preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in Occupational Health is preferred.
- Practice or Community Nursing or Functional Assessor experience considered.
- A confident communicator, able to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.
- A professional, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for supporting employee health and wellbeing.
