Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) Location: Southampton Head Office Clinic Contract: Permanent | full time or 4 days p/w| PAYE Salary: Up to £55,000 pa dependent on experience) Working pattern: Head Officebased Ready to feel like more than just a number? Youll be part of aclose-knit, caring teamwhere your expertise is valued, your input is heard, and youre trusted to practice at a high level. Based in aclinic setting at theSouthampton Head Office, this role is ideal for an OHA who enjoysbuilding real relationships with clients. Youll have the time and continuity to deliver meaningful, person-centred care, not just process-driven assessments. This role is 4 days per week, enabling you to balance your work and home life perfectly. Withexcellent back-office support, you can focus on clinical quality rather than admin burden, all within an environment that prioritisessupport, collaboration, and professional respect. This is a permanent role based in Southampton, with some travel to client sites. The opportunity Were looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established, clinically led Occupational Health service based at our Southampton Head Office clinic. This role would suit a confident, senior-level OHA who enjoys autonomy, values high clinical standards, and is comfortable supporting and guiding others within the team. Youll work within a supportive, professional environment with strong clinical governance and access to experienced colleagues. Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality Occupational Health services while contributing to service development and maintaining excellent standards of patient care. The role Deliver management referrals , including assessment, reporting, and documentation Undertake health surveillance, statutory medicals, and health screening Maintain accurate clinical records in line with the NMC Code Escalate complex cases to Occupational Health Physicians when required Ensure high standards of clinical governance, infection control, and safety Support and oversee the work of Occupational Health Technicians Work collaboratively with HR, Line Managers, and Health
