Occupational Health Advisor

Location: Southampton (occasional travel to client sites)

Contract: Full time, permanent

Salary: Market leading, depending upon experience

We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an Occupational Health Advisor to join a welcoming, highly professional and client-focused Occupational Health team. This is a permanent role based in Southampton, with some travel to client sites.

You\’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering a high-quality Occupational Health service and building positive relationships with clients and employees.

The Role

  • Manage management referrals and produce clear, professional reports
  • Deliver health surveillance, statutory medicals, DSE assessments and health screening
  • Refer cases to Occupational Health Physicians when needed
  • Work closely with HR, Line Managers and Health & Safety teams
  • Maintain accurate records, confidentiality and clinical standards

About You

  • Registered Adult Nurse with active NMC registration
  • Minimum two years\’ post-registration experience
  • Occupational Health qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, client-focused team
