We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an Occupational Health Advisor. To join a welcoming, highly professional and client‑focused Occupational Health team, this permanent role is based in Southampton, with occasional travel to client sites.

Location: Southampton (occasional travel to client sites)

Contract: Full time, permanent

Salary: Market leading, depending on experience

The Role:

  • Manage management referrals and produce clear, professional reports
  • Deliver health surveillance, statutory medicals, DSE assessments and health screening
  • Refer cases to Occupational Health Physicians when needed
  • Work closely with HR, Line Managers and Health & Safety teams
  • Maintain accurate records, confidentiality and clinical standards

About You:

  • Registered Adult Nurse with active NMC registration
  • Minimum two years post‑registration experience
  • Occupational Health qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, client‑focused team
