Our client, a highly regarded and ambitious Occupational Health provider, is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver bespoke OH services across the wider Ipswich region (within 1 hour travel time).

This peripatetic role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships while working within a friendly, collaborative team.

Professional

Growth: Development & Support: Comprehensive induction, ongoing training, a 3-year personalised development plan, and a dedicated mentor.

Career

Progression: Deliver the full remit of Occupational Health services at client sites.

Carry out health surveillance, assessments, case management, and health promotion activities.

Travel within a 1-hour radius of Colchester to support a varied client base.

NMC Registered Nurse (no restrictions).

Occupational Health qualification (Degree/Diploma) preferred but not essential.

Previous experience in Occupational Health is preferred.
