This peripatetic role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships while working within a friendly, collaborative team.

- Practice or Community Nursing or Functional Assessor experience considered.
- A confident communicator, able to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.
- A professional, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for supporting employee health and wellbeing.
