As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you'll be part of an elite engineering team embedded directly with customers to solve their most complex, high‐impact challenges. This is a role at the intersection of real‐world problems and cutting‐edge technology—where you will work closely with users, analyze large‐scale data, and build solutions that drive meaningful operational outcomes. • Work directly with customer teams—ranging from engineers to executives—to understand operational pain points and design high‐impact technical solutions.
• Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging large‐scale data, AI, and modern software tools.
• Architect, build, and deploy software that accelerates customer operations and enables smarter, faster decision‐making.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional engineering teams on system design, architecture, and implementation.
• Explore, prepare, and analyze massive datasets to solve real‐world problems.
• Own project implementation end‐to‐end, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration.
• Travel as needed to customer sites (typically 25–50%) to work hands‐on with end users and deliver solutions in the field.

• 2–4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience working in environments known for strong engineering culture and high technical bar.
• Strong coding proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front‐end frameworks, or distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, learn quickly, and operate independently in dynamic environments.
• Comfortable with customer‐facing engagement and problem‐solving directly with end users.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites when needed.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with large‐scale data or building data‐driven applications.
• Prior exposure to customer‐facing or consulting‐style engineering roles (without being purely consulting‐background).
• Experience working in fast‐paced environments with evolving requirements and rapid iteration cycles.
• Multilingual proficiency (Korean + English) is valued for some teams, though not required for all.

• Salary: $135,000 – $200,000 USD (or market‐adjusted equivalent)
