Role Overview
The Head of Wealth will be responsible for scaling and transforming the company’s wealth management offering, with a focus on client relationship excellence , product innovation , and regulatory alignment . This role requires a strong track record in private banking, key account management , and delivering tailored financial solutions to a sophisticated clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive wealth management strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Design personalized financial plans and recommend suitable investment products
- Oversee portfolio performance and proactively adapt strategies to market conditions
- Lead client onboarding, risk assessments, and advisory processes
- Identify market trends and propose innovative wealth offerings
- Ensure compliance with UK/Swiss financial regulations (e.g. FCA, FINMA)
- Collaborate across departments (product, legal, investment, client success) to enhance the wealth proposition
- Represent the company in high-stakes client meetings and discreet negotiations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or traditional banking services
- Proven track record of managing HNW client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, regulatory frameworks, and wealth management principles
- Solid knowledge of regulatory environments in UK| Switzerland| Luxemburg| Belgium
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric, consultative approach
- Ability to manage teams and work in fast-moving fintech environments
- Knowledge or curiosity about digital assets and crypto solutions is a strong advantage
- Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s/CFA/CFP preferred )
- MBA is a big advantage
