As a Global Benefits Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and evolving BCG's employee benefits programs across multiple regions. You will manage complex analytical and operational activities across health, life, disability, and business travel coverage, ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

You will act as a trusted contributor within the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise, driving analysis, generating insights, and improving processes. In this role, you will own workstreams, partner with global stakeholders, and contribute to decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Core responsibilities:
  • Manage ongoing delivery and review of global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Conduct benchmarking and cost analysis to inform plan design and renewal strategies
  • Review insurance contracts and plan documentation, assessing value, risk, and clarity
  • Partner with brokers and insurers to support renewals, including data validation and analysis
  • Analyze claims and utilization data to identify trends and inform health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Lead administration and renewals of global programs (e.g., expat healthcare, travel insurance)
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve issues, manage costs, and support operations
  • Improve digital benefits experience through enhancements to the MyBenefits platform
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and standardize documentation across regions
  • Ensure alignment with global governance standards and local regulatory requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • You bring 4–6 years of experience in benefits management, broking, or consulting
  • You have strong knowledge of employee benefits and insurance market practices
  • You independently manage analyses, interpret data, and translate insights into decisions

This role offers broad exposure across geographies and functions, with opportunities to contribute to both strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.
