If you can build a desk, win clients and bill consistently, you should be paid and progressed accordingly. We’re working with established recruitment businesses in London looking for proven Senior 360 Recruiters who can genuinely own a market. This is not a delivery role. This is for proven 360 recruiters with serious business development capability. Resourcers and delivery-only profiles will not be considered. You must be able to win clients, build relationships, generate vacancies and deliver your own desk end to end.
What they are looking for:
- Consistent personal billings
- Evidence of winning and developing clients
- Solid tenure and career progression
- Commercially ambitious and comfortable building your own desk
- Any recruitment vertical considered
Your market could be Technology, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Energy, Construction, Life Sciences, Professional Services or something completely different. The market matters less than your ability to generate revenue.
What’s on offer:
- Uncapped commission
- Full ownership of your desk
- Established infrastructure and systems
- Genuine progression into Principal, Team Lead, Manager and leadership positions
- Opportunity to build a team around your market
- Strong long-term earning potential
Who this is not for:
This probably isn’t right if you are predominantly delivery focused, have limited BD experience or have moved agencies every few months. They want recruiters who can demonstrate results, stability and commercial impact.
