We’re hiring a Curriculum Lead for a growing EdTech company based in the UAE. The role is UK based with occasional travel to Dubai. You’ll lead a small curriculum team of 3 and work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to build engaging, effective learning experiences for schools and students.
The company is developing an eLearning platform focused on personalised and a/synchronous learning. The goal is to help students close knowledge gaps and progress at their own pace, both inside and outside the classroom. The platform is designed to support those learners who need additional reinforcement and guidance, helping them build confidence, improve understanding and reach expected learning standards over time. The learning experience is tailored to individual students, allowing them to revisit concepts, strengthen weaker areas and continue learning beyond the classroom environment.
The company is looking for someone who combines curriculum expertise with commercial awareness and curiosity around how modern EdTech products and AI tools can work together to improve engagement and outcomes.
You’ll likely enjoy this role if you:
- Understand primary and secondary curriculum design and learning progression
- Think creatively and challenge traditional approaches to learning
- Have experience creating engaging digital learning content
- Understand learner journeys and user experience
- Are interested in personalised learning and differentiated instruction
- Are comfortable collaborating with Product, Customer Success and leadership teams
- Understand how AI can support content creation, adaptation and engagement
- Enjoy working in fast moving environments where there’s room to shape strategy and processes
Compensation: Salary £50-60K depending on experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a curriculum team
- Own and develop UK National curriculum content
- Ensure content is aligned to curriculum standards and learning outcomes
- Work alongside Product to improve the learning experience across the platform
- Collaborate with Customer Success to gather school feedback and improve usability
- Support the development of inclusive learning experiences for students with varying abilities and learning needs
- Use data, feedback and insights to continuously improve curriculum quality and learner engagement
We’d love to hear from people who can show examples of:

- How they use EdTech or AI tools to improve engagement and outcomes
This is a chance to join a forward thinking organisation at a really exciting stage of growth.
