We’re hiring a Curriculum Lead for a growing EdTech company based in the UAE. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands the British curriculum across both primary and secondary education and wants to shape the future of personalised digital learning. The role is UK based with occasional travel to Dubai.

You’ll lead a small curriculum team of 3 and work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to build engaging, effective learning experiences for schools and students. The company is developing an eLearning platform focused on personalised and a/synchronous learning. The goal is to help students close knowledge gaps and progress at their own pace, both inside and outside the classroom. The platform is designed to support those learners who need additional reinforcement and guidance, helping them build confidence, improve understanding and reach expected learning standards over time.

The company is looking for someone who combines curriculum expertise with commercial awareness and curiosity around how modern EdTech products and AI tools can work together to improve engagement and outcomes.

  • Understand learner journeys and user experience
  • Understand how AI can support content creation, adaptation and engagement

Compensation: Salary £50-60K depending on experience.

  • Own and develop UK National curriculum content
  • Ensure content is aligned to curriculum standards and learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to gather school feedback and improve usability
  • Use data, feedback and insights to continuously improve curriculum quality and learner engagement
