Position: App Tester (Part-Time | Work from Home)
Responsibilities
- Test app functionality (e.g., sending money) using your mobile device (Android or iOS).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and that client expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Must be a current user (or willing to register) of all the following banks: Barclays, NatWest, Lloyds, HSBC, Halifax, Santander, Monzo, Nationwide, Starling.
- Must use personal accounts for testing (no sharing of bank login needed).
- Ability to join Zoom meetings for testing and end-to-end testing.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum balance of £10 in each bank account.
- All transactions will be fully refunded upon completion of testing.
