Our client, a fully accredited training provider, offers business skills training by professional experts in the field of Learning and Development. Training programmes are aligned with the current organisational development programmes, focusing on meeting business needs and building a healthy B-BBEE scorecard.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of this energetic team, you will not only champion their mission to redefine professional growth but also lead the charge in expanding the company’s reach and impact. This role is central to forging meaningful partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and crafting bespoke learning solutions that resonate with the evolving needs of businesses nationwide. The key performance indicators of the role will be client acquisition, retention and growth of clients, market research, and relationship management. You will work in a collaborative team environment and be fully focused on achieving targets and growing the business. You will call on any business and target HR Managers, Learning and Development Managers as well as CEOs and CFOs.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years business development experience and the ability to prove sales target achievement
- Proven B2B sales experience in the Learning and Development Sector
- In-depth understanding of the SA Learning and Development Landscape
- Results orientated and target focused, an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and can use their own initiative
- Own reliable transport
Package & Remuneration
On offer: R35,000 gross salary plus very lucrative commission. Please note: this is a practical, competency-based interview process which will include a role play and an assignment.
