We are hiring a Product Delivery Officer to support product implementation and operational projects within the Life Insurance operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, UAT testing, or product implementation.

Location: Labrador Park. Pay: Up to $5,500/month. Schedule: Monday – Friday, Office Hours.

Job Responsibilities
  • Represent Operations team in project discussions and product implementation meetings
  • Review new product features and support operational rollout processes
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and technology teams on system enhancements
  • Gather and document business requirements and operational workflows
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenarios, and defect tracking
  • Verify system outputs and ensure smooth implementation of new products/processes
  • Prepare SOPs, user guides, and training materials for operations teams
  • Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support
  • Escalate system or operational issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
  • Prior experience in Life Insurance operations, policy servicing, or new business functions preferred
  • Experience in UAT testing, product implementation, or operational projects is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance, ILP, or Term products will be beneficial
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
