Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day processing of customer change requests and policy servicing matters
- Administer Shield-related customer requests accurately in accordance with operational guidelines and service standards
- Assess escalations and make independent decisions on complaint resolution where appropriate
- Provide timely operational support to Financial Consultants and customers
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides
- Approve payments within assigned authority limits
- Support additional operational and administrative tasks assigned by the Team Lead
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Prior knowledge or exposure to Shield plans will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to process requests accurately and efficiently
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
