Salary: Up to $4,500/month

Ensure timely completion of compliance reporting and data analysis related to distribution channels.

Conduct analysis into suspected agency misconduct and supervisory issues, recommending appropriate follow‑up actions where necessary.

Support compliance monitoring activities in alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal business policies.

Participate in projects and initiatives, including development of reporting dashboards and process enhancement initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance processes.

Support regulatory and internal governance requirements through data‑driven analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance reporting and data analysis related to distribution channels.

Requirements
  • Minimum degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in compliance reporting, data analysis, project management, or insurance operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAA, MAS regulations, and insurance industry guidelines will be advantageous.
  • Experience analyzing insurance sales data or agent misconduct cases is an added advantage.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics tools such as Power BI and/or Python.
