Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Fitness & Propriety assessments and provide recommendations for representatives with adverse findings
  • Review representatives under enhanced monitoring to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assess and evaluate appeals relating to Replacement of Policy cases, providing sound recommendations and guidance
  • Support stakeholders on policy replacement processes, compliance matters, and operational best practices
  • Perform reference checks for former representatives and validate information accuracy
  • Coordinate customer surveys and review Span of Control (SOC) deviation requests
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across compliance, operations, and distribution teams
  • Support ad-hoc compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and regulatory projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, insurance operations, or financial services environment
  • Familiarity with: Insurance Act / FAA regulations, MAS guidelines, CPF and LIA regulations
  • Experience supporting distribution, governance, or insurance operations functions will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Insurance certifications such as FLMI or CMFAS modules will be an added advantage
