We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support B2B marketing initiatives from strategy through execution. This is a contract position focused on delivering high-quality, multi-channel campaigns and driving performance through data-informed optimisation.

Location: London (hybrid - 3 days per week on site)

Salary: £92,000 pro rata

Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (eg content, digital, email, events) from initial brief through to delivery
  • Develop and refine messaging that translates product capabilities into clear, compelling marketing materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across sales, product, and creative teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including schedules, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Track campaign performance using reporting and measurement tools, and recommend optimisations based on insights
  • Communicate project status, risks, and next steps clearly to stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise environments
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns from brief through delivery
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting tools to measure and optimise performance
  • Excellent project management skills, including coordinating multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear marketing messaging
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and global stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
