We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to partner with strategic clients and drive measurable business outcomes through advanced digital marketing solutions. This client-facing role combines strategy, media planning, creative guidance, technical integration, and measurement, focusing on ROI-positive solutions and revenue growth. Success requires consultative sales skills, analytical ability, commercial acumen, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ROI-positive marketing strategies grounded in measurable business outcomes
- Build full-funnel digital strategies, including media planning, creative guidance, and measurement framework
- Provide dedicated account management across a portfolio of strategic retail accounts
- Analyse complex datasets and campaign performance to deliver actionable insights and optimisation recommendations
- Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues, diving deep into technical execution
- Manage campaign planning, execution, reporting, and budget planning
- Lead strategic conversations with clients, agencies, and cross-functional partners
- Oversee revenue delivery, operational excellence, and quarterly performance metrics
- Maintain dashboards and analytics reporting across multiple accounts and markets
Essential Qualification:
- 8–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, or consulting (IC5 level equivalent)
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook & Instagram advertising solution)
- Experience in analysing large datasets and running performance queries
- Background in agency or performance marketing environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with high attention to detail
