We are working with a global leader in immersive technology and AI innovation to find a Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) Lead to join their B2B Commercial Channel team. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and sales enablement—helping to scale next‐generation enterprise products that are redefining how people connect and collaborate.

You will partner closely with cross‐functional teams across global markets to drive operational excellence and commercial growth. You will shape strategic direction, support business planning and forecasting, and ensure sales teams have the insights, tools, and processes they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic, operational, and financial planning for the B2B Commercial Channel.
  • Drive the rhythm of the business through performance reviews, goal setting, and operational insights.
  • Partner with global sales and operations leaders to enable scalable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement go‐to‐market strategies for new products, markets, or verticals.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize forecasting, sales performance, and territory planning.
  • Manage strategic initiatives end‐to‐end, collaborating with finance, tooling, and cross‐functional partners.
  • Champion operational excellence by identifying efficiencies and driving process improvements.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in business planning, revenue operations, or strategic planning—ideally within tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and consultative mindset with proven experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and business insights.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus.

This opportunity is a 12‐month contract, paying from £118,000 per annum pro rata, onsite in Greater London.
