Our client is a global technology company operating at scale, supporting innovative digital advertising, creative solutions, and creator-led programs across international markets. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and scale a global creative and digital production program focused on advertiser education, content creation, and workflow optimisation. This role sits at the intersection of program management, creative operations, and digital marketing, working closely with internal teams, regional stakeholders, creators, and third-party vendors.
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple workstreams, driving operational excellence, optimising processes for speed and scale, and ensuring consistent execution across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead global creative and digital programs across multiple workstreams
- Manage project timelines, scheduling, slot booking, and resource allocation
- Optimise and scale workflows using agile, mobile-first approaches
- Develop templates, toolkits, and playbooks to enable consistent regional execution
- Manage and coordinate third-party vendors and creative partners
- Oversee program budgets, tracking spend and measuring impact
- Prepare and present program updates, reports, and performance insights
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- 7+ years’ experience in Program Management, ideally within digital marketing, creative, agency, or production environments
- Strong experience managing global programs, vendors, and multiple workstreams
- Proven ability to optimise workflows, scale programs, and implement templates and best practices
- Solid experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and business reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Background in agency, social production, or creative content environments
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or social video production
- Exposure to AI tools and interest in how AI impacts creative workflows
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and performance metrics
This opportunity is a 12-month contract, Hybrid, based in London, paying a maximum of £81K per annum (pro rata).
