Recruiter are recruiting on behalf of a global tech firm who are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join their team. In this role, you’ll design and build scalable data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across marketing programs, customer insights, and business performance. You’ll partner closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Design, build, and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting solutions to support analytics and measurement use cases
- Develop reliable ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources
- Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance across data systems and pipelines
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and business teams to represent data in clear, actionable ways
- Contribute to data architecture and platform design, balancing scalability, performance, and cost
- Implement data security, privacy, and governance best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in data-focused roles such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist
- Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience supporting marketing analytics, growth, product analytics, or similar business domains is a plus
