Job Description
Legal Pricing Manager IV – 12-month contract based in London- Onsite
A global technology leader is seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic legal initiatives across EMEA.
This role sits within a lean Legal Operations team, responsible for managing law firm panels, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency.
As Legal Projects Manager, you will manage law firm panels, negotiate rates, implement process improvements, and ensure pricing for legal services aligns with services provided.
This role is key to keeping the EMEA legal function running efficiently while delivering business value.
Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?
- Run law firm panel processes from start to finish
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support negotiations
- Review legal spend to ensure pricing aligns with services provided
- Draft and roll out training materials and communications for EMEA legal teams
- Operationalize negotiated initiatives into BAU processes
- Maintain Google Hub, SharePoint, and Power BI dashboards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across EMEA, NORAM, and APAC
What do I need?
- 5+ years in Legal Pricing, Sourcing, or Project Management
- Experience in in-house legal and law firm/legal consulting in EMEA
- Knowledge of AFAs and strong negotiation experience
- Technologically savvy: Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI tools in legal operations
- Experience with Tableau/dashboarding tools
- Private practice bidding/contract management experience
