Our Client: A global leader in social technology and innovation. Our client — one of the world’s most influential tech companies — is seeking a Community Engagement Program Manager to join their Accessibility & Engagement Team.

In this role, you’ll champion employee resource groups (ERGs), help shape cultural and heritage month programming, and empower communities to thrive across EMEA and APAC. You’ll be at the heart of initiatives that celebrate identity, foster belonging, and build stronger connections across a global workforce.

What You’ll Do

  • Empower communities: Partner with Employee Resource Group leaders to bring cultural and heritage month programming to life — from concept to event execution.
  • Drive collaboration: Facilitate regular touchpoints across EMEA & APAC, connecting global teams to share ideas, best practices, and impact.
  • Make things happen: Manage logistics, event planning, communications, and creative assets to ensure seamless delivery of community experiences.
  • Optimize processes: Oversee core ERG operations — recruitment, budgets, and event workflows — while identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
  • Measure impact: Develop strategies to capture both qualitative and quantitative outcomes of engagement programs.
  • Partner for progress: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engagement managers to enhance accessibility, belonging, and employee experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-haves:
    • 5–7 years’ experience in program or project management.
    • Background in HR, employee engagement, or diversity & inclusion initiatives.
    • Proven success leading end-to-end project delivery — events, campaigns, or community programs.
    • Strong communicator who can summarize input, build consensus, and deliver with impact.
    • Confident working in Google Suite and adept at managing processes, budgets, and documentation.
  • Nice-to-haves:
    • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations, ideally across EMEA & APAC.
    • Background in tech or large-scale corporate environments (think: global innovators).
    • A knack for streamlining processes, using automation and AI tools to drive efficiency.

This opportunity is a 12 month contract, remote in United Kingdom.
