Client Relationship Manager – Corporate Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to join a leading global professional services provider. This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and acting as the central point of contact for all non-legal communications and support.

The role

The Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal part in maintaining strong client relationships, safeguarding client satisfaction, and supporting the expansion of services across the wider business. The position offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, combining compliance oversight with proactive client engagement and cross-selling initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring portfolio compliance with statutory and internal requirements (including KYC/CDD).
  • Acting as the trusted point of contact for all non-legal, non-billable matters (e.g. billing queries, portal access, administrative support).
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and ensuring exceptional levels of client care.
  • Working with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for cross-selling and service expansion.
  • Supporting marketing and client engagement activities, and contributing to ad hoc projects as required.

The ideal candidate

This position requires a background in corporate services and proven experience in a client-facing role.
