We’re looking for a Kurdish Sorani + Arabic‑speaking Data Labelling Analyst to join the Global Response Org for one of the world’s biggest tech companies. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll help keep online communities safe, understand emerging risks, and support real‑time investigations across the platform.

If you speak Kurdish Sorani fluently (Iraq/Iran region) and you’re already based in London, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Review and analyse content and escalations in Sorani + Arabic
  • Identify risks, trends, and violations across organic content, ads, and commerce
  • Act as the “market expert” for the Sorani‑speaking region (Iraq/Iran)
  • Use internal AI tools to support investigations and improve model accuracy
  • Work closely with policy, legal, engineering, and vendor teams
  • Support crisis response, elections, and sensitive real‑time issues
  • Help improve processes, tools, and operational workflows
  • Work onsite in London as part of a global 24/7 team (occasional on‑call)

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in Kurdish Sorani + Arabic (essential)
  • 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Online Operations, or similar
  • Strong understanding of Sorani‑speaking markets (Iraq/Iran), cultural, political, linguistic nuance
  • Experience reviewing sensitive or high‑risk content
  • Ability to think critically, spot patterns, and propose solutions
  • Comfortable working with graphic/objectionable material
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Basic analytical skills (Excel, SQL, reporting tools)
