We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Data Labelling Analyst to join the Integrity Operations team. In this role, you will help train cutting-edge AI models for content moderation, ensure the quality and accuracy of moderation decisions, develop golden sets, and support vendor calibration and performance.
This position involves exposure to sensitive and potentially graphic content, including violence, abuse, self-harm, derogatory language, and other disturbing material. Candidates must be comfortable working with such content as part of their daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and verify AI-generated content moderation decisions for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Create and maintain golden sets to assess and improve AI and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with vendor sites to improve quality, provide feedback, and implement calibration plans.
- Build strong vendor relationships and support their operational performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Analyze content and QA data to identify trends and inform quality strategies.
- Communicate with operations, policy, tech, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on policies and industry standards.
- Review sensitive or graphic content as required.
- Assess impacts of online speech and test hypotheses within new operational tools and technologies.
- 4+ years of experience in content moderation, quality assurance, investigations, or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of content moderation policies and workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience working in structured, target-driven environments.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-moving, frequently changing settings.
- Experience working with vendors or external partners (preferred).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (preferred).
- Experience with content moderation tools or platforms.
- Certification in content moderation or related areas.
- Experience reviewing AI-generated conversations or chatbot interactions.
- Willingness to work with graphic and sensitive content.
- Policy rationalization experience.
