An international leader in legal, corporate, and fiduciary services is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join its growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world-class professional services firm supporting top-tier clients across financial services, capital markets, and investment management. The role focuses on deepening client relationships, enhancing service delivery, and driving growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts.

  • Be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, managing all non-legal interactions.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships through proactive client care and strategic support.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify cross-selling and growth opportunities.
  • Support billing, portal access, and other operational processes.
  • Collaborate on seasonal campaigns and marketing initiatives.

5+ years’ experience in CRM - with at least 2 years of that in a law firm - essential. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Degree-qualified with a solid understanding of corporate or financial services sectors.
