We’re working with a well-established brokerage in North County Dublin that’s growing their Personal Lines team and looking for an Administrator to join our back-office support function.

About the Role: This is a non-customer-facing role focused on administrative excellence. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Renewals: Preparing and issuing home and motor renewal documents accurately and on time.
  • Policy Admin: Processing mid-term adjustments (MTAs), issuing certificates, and managing client documentation for both new and existing policies.
  • System Updates: Maintaining accurate records on Relay or Applied Systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting the Personal Lines team with smooth policy processing and flagging any inconsistencies or issues for resolution.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of Personal Lines insurance experience (motor/home).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others in a structured environment.
