Software Engineer II

About the role
We're looking for a Software Engineer II to join us on a contract basis in London. You'll help build and maintain the software applications that our teams and users rely on, working alongside other technical colleagues from early development through to ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role. The quality of the code you write and the way you work with others will directly shape how well our applications perform and how easily they can be maintained.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain software applications
- Write clean, readable code that other people can understand and build on
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions together
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle, from planning and building to testing and ongoing maintenance
What you'll bring
- Experience developing and maintaining software applications
- A commitment to writing clean, well-structured code
- The ability to collaborate effectively with other technical team members
- An understanding of the stages of the development lifecycle and a willingness to contribute at each one
