Recruiter on Demand (RoD) is a people first organisation. We work in a collaborative, fun remote environment and embed with our client\’s TA teams.
We\’re looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 6-month project working for an international renewable energy company. You\’ll be working remotely/from home anywhere in the UK / EU.
Delivering as a small team with your TA colleagues to support hiring in construction including site-based
execution roles, logistics, project management, and highly technical advisory roles at all levels in the UK and EMEA.
You\’ll be facing off to hiring managers to take role briefs, and conducting in-depth candidate screening calls as well as role advertising. You will frequently be headhunting for passive candidates.
You must have experience in international talent acquisition to be considered.
