Recruiter on Demand (ROD) is a people first organisation. We work in a collaborative, fun remote environment and embed with our client’s TA teams. For this role you'll need experience of hiring in the AVIATION sector. We’re looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 3 month project working for a client in the aviation sector. You’ll be working remotely / from home anywhere in the UK / EU.
Delivering as part of a small team with your TA colleagues to support hiring in corporate and specialist functions at all levels in UK and EMEA. You’ll be facing off to hiring managers to take role briefs, and conducting in-depth candidate screening calls as well as role advertising. Most roles will be advertised and occasionally there will be a requirement for headhunting. Hiring locations are UK and EMEA.
