This is a full-time contract role for three to six months and the role is fully remote
You must have experience working within a SaaS company in a senior TA role.
We\βre looking for a highly organised Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support hiring activity for a growing tech company. Role types are typical for a SaaS business β focusing on highly experienced and senior hires within Product, GTM & Tech. You\βll be responsible for delivering the full hiring lifecycle including managing relationships with challenging hiring managers. Additionally, you\βll need good experience searching for passive candidates on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the full hiring lifecycle for senior-level roles in Product, GTM and Tech within a SaaS company.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Source passive candidates on LinkedIn and other channels.
- Partner with hiring teams to understand requirements, define job specs, and create sourcing strategies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Experience in a senior Talent Acquisition role (SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
