Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Remote -SaaS

This is a full-time contract role for three to six months and the role is fully remote

You must have experience working within a SaaS company in a senior TA role.

We\’re looking for a highly organised Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support hiring activity for a growing tech company. Role types are typical for a SaaS business – focusing on highly experienced and senior hires within Product, GTM & Tech. You\’ll be responsible for delivering the full hiring lifecycle including managing relationships with challenging hiring managers. Additionally, you\’ll need good experience searching for passive candidates on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full hiring lifecycle for senior-level roles in Product, GTM and Tech within a SaaS company.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Source passive candidates on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand requirements, define job specs, and create sourcing strategies.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior Talent Acquisition role (SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
