We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy temps desk within a supportive and high-performing environment.
We are open to candidates from any fast-paced recruitment sector, whether your background is Industrial, Commercial, Driving, Healthcare, Hospitality, Logistics, or another high-volume recruitment market.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing and growing a busy temporary recruitment desk while delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a fast-paced temps desk
- Building and developing client relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Managing bookings and candidate availability
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Working towards individual and team targets
