Leicester, £34,000 – £38,000 p/year + £6,000 company car allowance, Commission, flexible working hours, modern offices, warm desk with existing clients.

Are you an Industrial recruitment specialist that is looking for the next step up in your career? – we are currently hiring an experienced Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant based in our Leicester office and would consider experienced Consultants that are ready for a more senior role. This is a warm desk with around 50 temporary workers and 15 clients so commission will be payable from day one. You will be tasked with ensuring the current clients have all of the hires they need and that they are happy with the service provided. You will mainly be filling warehouse based roles and conducting inductions with clients on their sites but you will also be responsible for generating new business.

Skills and experience required:

• 12 months experience within sales related recruitment
