The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing engineering recruitment opportunities while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Building and developing relationships with engineering clients
- Sourcing and engaging skilled engineering professionals
- Managing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Providing consultative recruitment solutions to clients
- Negotiating offers and managing the placement process
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Contributing to the continued growth of the branch

About You
We are looking for recruiters who can demonstrate:
- Previous recruitment agency experience
- Experience within Engineering recruitment is highly desirable
- Temporary or permanent recruitment experience will be considered
