The Role:
You will be managing recruitment projects across the Food & Drink sector, partnering with some of the industry’s most recognised global brands. The role offers a varied and exciting mix of vacancies across:
- Manufacturing
- Engineering
- IT
- Sales & Marketing
You’ll be building long-term relationships with clients across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel to client sites as part of the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement
- Building and developing client relationships
- Business development and generating new opportunities
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Managing multiple specialist vacancies simultaneously
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
About You:
- Minimum 6 months’ experience within a sales-focused recruitment agency role
- Confident and proactive communicator
- Commercially minded with a passion for business development
- Motivated by earning potential and career progression
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Open to recruiters from any recruitment sector, provided you are prepared to sell and develop business
