Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join a successful and growing team based in Sale, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within Industrial or Manufacturing recruitment who enjoys managing existing accounts and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
You will be recruiting blue-collar workers into long-term temp-to-perm opportunities, working closely with established clients and building strong candidate pipelines.
The RoleThis is a client-focused recruitment role where you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts while ensuring excellent service delivery across all recruitment activity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment campaigns for blue-collar temp-to-perm vacancies
- Building strong relationships with existing clients
- Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
- Managing candidate compliance and onboarding
- Ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining regular communication with both clients and workers
- Managing candidate availability and workforce planning
- Supporting clients with staffing requirements and recruitment solutions
- Minimum 12 months’ recruitment agency experience
- Ideally from an Industrial or Manufacturing recruitment background
- Strong understanding of recruitment compliance processes
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- £32,000 – £35,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic commission earnings of £10,000+ based on the current client base
- Hybrid working – 1 day per week from home
