Are you an experienced, ambitious Construction Recruiter looking for the opportunity to work for a well established recruitment agency based in Bristol, if so then this could be the role for you.
As an experienced Consultant you will be expected to:
- Place long term temporary blue collar construction temporary workers across the Bristol area
- Build client relationships by arranging new site visits to Building and Construction sites across the North West.
- Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Monitor performances to ensure that the clients and candidates are consistently updated.
- Achieve targets and adhere to agreed recruitment timescales.
- Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants within the Construction Industry.
