Recruitment Consultant – Trades and Labour Construction – Bristol City Centre

£30,000 – £34,000, Uncapped Commission, Early finish on Fridays, Free Parking, Company Social Events, additional holiday entitlement option.

Are you an experienced, ambitious Construction Recruiter looking for the opportunity to work for a well established recruitment agency based in Bristol, if so then this could be the role for you.

As an experienced Consultant you will be expected to:

  • Place long term temporary blue collar construction temporary workers across the Bristol area
  • Build client relationships by arranging new site visits to Building and Construction sites across the North West.
  • Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
  • Monitor performances to ensure that the clients and candidates are consistently updated.
  • Achieve targets and adhere to agreed recruitment timescales.
  • Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants within the Construction Industry.
