Are you an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Consultant looking for the flexibility of working from home while continuing to build a successful and rewarding recruitment career? We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join a growing and successful team. This is a fully home-based role, offering the opportunity to manage and grow a busy temporary desk supplying chefs to restaurants, hotels, schools, and other hospitality venues across the North West.
Although the role is fully home-based, you will be required to travel into Manchester occasionally for client visits and monthly team meetings. If you enjoy the fast pace of temporary recruitment, thrive on building strong client relationships, and have a passion for the hospitality sector, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a busy temporary recruitment desk, placing chefs into a wide range of hospitality environments across the North West. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary chefs
- Managing bookings and candidate availability
- Developing existing client accounts and identifying new opportunities
- Ensuring all candidates meet compliance requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and workers
- Managing recruitment activity through various recruitment platforms and databases
- Supporting clients with both planned and last-minute staffing requirements
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 12 months' Hospitality Recruitment experience
- Experience running a busy temporary recruitment desk
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- A solid understanding of recruitment compliance
- Experience using recruitment platforms, CRM systems, and job boards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
