The Role:
- You will take full responsibility for an established and successful branch, leading from the front while coaching and developing a team of 5 Recruitment Consultants.
- This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be heavily involved in:
- Driving business development activity
- Growing and developing existing client relationships
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team
- Delivering branch growth and performance targets
- Identifying new opportunities within the Industrial & Logistics sector
- Maintaining high service standards for both clients and candidates
We are looking for a manager who is commercially driven, enjoys winning business, and can inspire a team through strong leadership and example.
About You:
- Proven recruitment experience within Industrial and/or Logistics recruitment
- Previous management experience is desirable but not essential
- We will consider high-performing Senior or Principal Consultants ready to step into management
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- Passion for coaching and developing people
- Must be prepared to lead from the front and actively sell
