We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead a high-performing Industrial & Logistics recruitment branch in Corby. The Role:

  • You will take full responsibility for an established and successful branch, leading from the front while coaching and developing a team of 5 Recruitment Consultants.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be heavily involved in:
    • Driving business development activity
    • Growing and developing existing client relationships
    • Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team
    • Delivering branch growth and performance targets
    • Identifying new opportunities within the Industrial & Logistics sector
    • Maintaining high service standards for both clients and candidates

We are looking for a manager who is commercially driven, enjoys winning business, and can inspire a team through strong leadership and example.

About You:

  • Proven recruitment experience within Industrial and/or Logistics recruitment
  • Previous management experience is desirable but not essential
  • We will consider high-performing Senior or Principal Consultants ready to step into management
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills
  • A proactive and target-driven approach
  • Passion for coaching and developing people
  • Must be prepared to lead from the front and actively sell
