We are a growing UK-based cleaning company providing professional cleaning services across multiple locations. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and confident Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire quality candidates who will contribute to our ongoing success. This is a fully remote role where you'll work closely with the HR Manager to manage the recruitment process end-to-end. If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source suitable candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Contact applicants and conduct telephone screening interviews to assess suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Present suitable candidates to hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.
  • Prepare offer documentation and assist with onboarding successful candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems and Excel trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
  • Work towards recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
  • Assist with other recruitment-related administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Confident speaking with candidates over the phone.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
