In this exciting role, you’ll:
* Support and engage work with learners mentoring programmesCoordinate partnerships with schools, employers, and youth organisations
* Provide 1:1 mentoring support and group workshopsEmpower young people to build confidence, skills, and brighter futures
* Support and engage to continuously improve programme delivery
About You
* You’ll be a natural connector, motivator, and problem-solver with:
* Proven experience working directly with young people, young adults
* Hands-on experience designing and delivering work experience or employability programmes
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Confidence working with diverse communities and adapting approaches to meet different needs
* The ability to lead with empathy, passion, and professionalism
Essential:
* Relevant training experience and a recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent)
* Experience in an apprenticeship setting.
* Proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care delivery.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
