Type: Permanent The Opportunity We are working with an established and growing B2B marketing agency that is looking for an experienced Organic Social & Content Specialist to join its Content & Creative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded content professional who enjoys turning complex B2B propositions into clear, engaging and effective content.

The Role As the Organic Social & Content Specialist, you will

  • Plan and manage organic social media activity across multiple B2B client accounts.
  • Develop content plans and write engaging, platform-specific social copy, particularly for Linked In.
  • Manage scheduling, approvals, publishing, quality assurance and community management.
  • Work closely with designers and the Creative team to develop distinctive social content and assets.
  • Monitor social performance and use insights to recommend improvements.
  • Produce high-quality website copy, landing pages, SEO content, thought leadership and other written materials.
  • Research complex B2B subjects and interview client subject-matter experts to create credible and accessible content.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to support research, ideation, content repurposing and production while maintaining originality and editorial quality.

About You We are looking for someone with at least two years' experience working in an organic social and content role within a B2B marketing agency.

You will ideally have

  • Proven experience managing organic social media for multiple clients.
  • Strong Linked In knowledge and experience creating content specifically for B2B audiences.
  • A portfolio demonstrating excellent social and written content.
