We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager who will be at the heart of our mission—leading a skilled team, ensuring regulatory excellence, and championing the wellbeing of every child in our care. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes and maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion

Location: Darlaston

Salary: £47,500 - £55,000 per annum
