We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading education and training provider. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Job Coach to provide personalised support to participants on the Jobs Guarantee Programme. You will guide individuals through every stage of their employment journey — from initial referral through to securing and sustaining meaningful work. Key Responsibilities
- Support participants throughout all stages of the programme
- Conduct inductions, vocational profiling, and initial assessments
- Jobsearch and develop tailored Employment Action Plans (EAPs)
- Deliver one-to-one employability coaching and employability support
- Assist with CV writing, interview preparation, job searching, and workplace readiness
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with employers
- Maintain regular contact with participants during employment
- Support individuals in overcoming workplace challenges
- Monitor progress and record sustained employment outcomes
- Work towards agreed performance and engagement targets
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting unemployed individuals or disadvantaged groups
- IAG or coaching mentoring experience
- Background in coaching, mentoring, or employability support
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Strong motivational and communication skills
- Understanding of barriers to employment
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
