Are you a passionate Speech & Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in children’s communication, confidence, and learning? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established private paediatric therapy service based in Central London, supporting children and young people aged 3–15 across clinic and school settings. The service specialises in sensory integration and works within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.

About You

  • HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist
  • Minimum 2+ years’ paediatric experience
  • Experience working with autism and complex needs
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Positive, child-focused, and team-oriented approach

What’s On Offer

  • Salary circa £36,000–£45,000 FTE (pro-rata for part-time)
  • Full-time and part-time options available
  • Flexible working hours (clinic hours 8:45am–6pm; later starts possible)
  • Ongoing clinical supervision and mentorship
  • Weekly MDT meetings and peer support
