We are looking for Team Leaders to support and guide Employment Advisers who work with clients, health professionals, service providers and employers to support people back into employment. As a Team Leader, you will be focused on making sure a person’s journey into employment, with associated improved social inclusion and wellbeing is as easy as possible by guiding and supporting your team. If you are a confident communicator and Team Leader who has worked in a customer facing or person-centred role and want to make a real difference to people across Hampshire, then we want to hear from you.
Location: Roles in Fareham, Gosport, Havant and Hayling Island (Community Based)
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum (based on experience)
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an excellent and confident communicator, with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Have experience/understanding of working with people with health conditions/disabilities, substance misuse needs, or a similar client group within health, social services or the voluntary sector
- Have experience of working with someone on a one-to-one basis
- Have experience of team leadership
- Have proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets
- Have experience of managing multiple tasks at any one time
